CTET Answer Key 2024 Released, 7 July Question Paper Answers PDF (All Sets)

The Central Eligibility test is conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education on 7th July 2024. Paper 2 examination which was held in the first shift has been completed now and the CTET Question Paper 2024 for this exam is now available. The examination was held in 136 cities across India with a large number of candidates who have appeared for the first shift and some are still appearing in the second shift.

As CTET Paper 2 has now been completed, the candidates have shared that the examination level was easy to moderate. The first section of paper 2 i.e. Child Development and Pedagogy and questions from the Hindi language were easy as per the discussion held with the candidates. The candidates specified that they attempted these two sections easily and quickly, and overall the questions were not very difficult. There were four sections in CTET Question Paper 2 i.e. I, J, K, and L.

CTET Paper 2 Answer Key 2024

The first paper of CTET i.e. Paper 2 was conducted today i.e. on 7th July 2024 from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm for a total of 150 marks. Candidates must note that the answers to all 150 questions of CTET Paper II will be provided in this article along with their serial number. As analyzed by our faculty after the completion of the exam, the CTET Answer Key prepared unofficially for all subjects has been tabulated below.

CTET Paper 1 Answer Key 2024

CTET Paper 1 is scheduled from 2:30 pm to 4 pm. For Paper 1 which included 150 questions from 4 different subjects, answers will be posted here. The approximate marks can be calculated by the candidates appearing for Paper I by verifying their answers through the CTET answer key that will be shared here soon.

How to Calculate Marks in CTET Exam?

The candidates who appeared in the CTET July Exam today, must be anxious to know how many marks they would have scored in the exam. Then you can follow the below procedure to calculate marks in CTET Exam.

  1. From the above links, download the unofficial CTET Answer Key for the subject you have appeared in.
  2. Then download the answer key pdf and cross-check your responses with the answers enlisted in the answer key pdf.
  3. Now note down the number of correct answers and incorrect answers on a rough paper.
  4. The total number of correct answers are the expected marks you could score.
  5. There is no negative marking, therefore, counting number of incorrect answers won’t be of any use.

The CTET Answer Key 2024 will not be enough to evaluate the tentative score for the examination, candidates need to be aware of the marking scheme for this purpose.

CTET Marking Scheme 2024

After checking the answers, candidates need to assign 1 mark for the correct answer and at last sum up the marks to obtain the CTET 2024 score.

  • In both paper I and II, candidates will be rewarded 1 mark for correct answers.
  • There is no negative marking for incorrect answers.
  • General category candidates need to secure at least 60% marks to qualify and for other categories, 50% marks are required to qualify.

CTET 2024 Minimum Qualifying Marks

Candidates scoring minimum Qualifying Percentage/ score in the CTET Exam as set by the exam authority will be considered qualified in the CTET Exam 2024. Candidates from the general category will have to score a minimum of 60% (90 marks out of 150) and candidates from OBC, SC, ST, and PwD are required to score a minimum of 50% (82 marks out of 150).
