SSC JE Answer Key 2024 Out, Response Sheet PDF, Result in July

The official SSC JE Answer Key 2024 for its Paper-1 Exam has been released on 12th June 2024 at https://ssc.gov.in/.in along with the correct responses. Lakhs of candidates who appeared for the SSC JE Tier 1 I exam can now download their SSC JE Answer Key to cross-check their exam responses and can also raise objections before 15th June 2024 (8 pm). The SSC Junior Engineers (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) Examination (Paper-I) 2024 was conducted on the 5th, 6th and 7th June 2024 in Computer Mode to recruit 968 Junior Engineer posts in BRO, CWC, CPWD etc.

SSC JE Answer Key 2024 Out

Staff Selection Commission has released the SSC JE Answer Key 2024 online on its official website SSC www.ssc.gov.in and the candidates can download their response sheet pdf from 12th to 15th June 2024. The candidates who appeared in SSC JE Paper 1 can have an estimation of marks to be secured in the exam through SSC JE Answer Key 2024. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer in SSC JE Paper-I. The commission has also facilitated the candidates with the facility to raise objections & challenges to the answer key with a fee of Rs. 100/- per objection.

The candidates who appeared in SSC JE Paper 1 can now download their SSC JE Answer Key and Response Sheet using their registration number and password. The dates for raising objections are also released along with the official SSC JE Paper 1 Answer Key. This is the provisional answer and the final answer key will be released next month along with the Paper 1 result and cut-off marks.

Steps to Download SSC JE Answer Key 2024

1. Visit the SSC official website: www.ssc.gov.in. or Click on the link provided above.
2. Click on the “Login/Register” tab on the SSC website.
3. Now enter your registration number and password.
4. Now click on Click on ‘Application Details’ under ‘My Application’ for Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Examination – 2024).
5. A PDF file (Official Notice) opens. Read it carefully and click on the link at the bottom.
6. A new page opens. Read it carefully and then click on “Click here”.
7. Enter your Roll Number and Password as per your admission certificate.
8. SSC JE answer key 2024 for Tier 1 exam along with your responses will appear on the screen.

Raise Objections Process

The interested candidates may log in using their User ID (i.e. Registration Number) and Password (as per Admission Certificate) and submit representations, if any, which may be submitted online method only with a payment of Rs.100/-per question/answer challenged. The link for the Objections is also mentioned below. The candidates may take a print-out of their respective Response Sheets as the same will not be available after the specified time limit.

Steps to Raise Objection to SSC JE Answer Key 2024

1. Visit the official website of SSC at https://ssc.gov.in/.
2. Login with your registration number and password.
3. Click on the link reading “Click to Raise Objections to Tentative SSC JE Answer key”.
4. Log in using your SSC User ID and Password
5. Choose the question number and the correct option according to you.
6. Pay the applicable fee and submit the objection.
7. Attach proof for the objection raised.

SSC JE Paper 1 Marking Scheme

1. Each question in Paper I carries 1 mark.
2. For each correct answer, you earn 1 mark.
3. For each incorrect answer, there is a penalty of 0.25 marks. This negative marking applies to each incorrect response.
4. Unanswered questions do not result in any negative marking. It's better to leave questions unanswered if you are unsure rather than guessing and incurring negative marks.
