For the year 2024, 72 vacancies have been notified for Grade A and Grade B Posts. This year, SIDBI announced 50 vacancies for SIDBI Grade A Officer posts in General Stream and 22 Posts for Grade B posts through SIDBI Grade A Recruitment for which the category-wise distribution is as follows-

SIDBI Recruitment 2025 Application Fee
The candidates have to pay a requisite application fee while filling out their SIDBI Grade A and Grade B Application Form as per their category. The fees once paid will not be refunded.

Steps to Apply Online for SIDBI Grade A & B Recruitment 2025
The candidates have to submit their online application form to SIDBI to get enrolled for the SIDBI Recruitment 2025. Follow the below steps to know how to apply for SIDBI Grade A Recruitment.
Step-1 Browse the official website of Small Industries Development Bank of India @www.sidbi.in
Step-II On the homepage, click on “Careers” appearing on the top and a new page appears with all the current recruitments.
Step-III Click on “Application for Assistant Manager ‘Grade-A’ in General Stream”.
Step-IV Now click on “SIDBI invites Applications for Recruitment of Officers in Grade ‘A’– General Stream and Grade ‘B’- General and Specialist Stream” and now click on the “Click here to apply online”.
Step-V Now candidates have to register for the application process, choose the tab, "Click here for New Registration" and enter Name, Contact details and Email-id.
Step-VI A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen
Step-VII Now login with the Registration Number and Password and start filling in the details required in SIDBI Grade A and Grade B Application Form 2025.
Step VIII Upload the required documents as per the required dimensions. Photograph (4.5 cm* 3.5 cm), signature (with black ink), left thumb impression (on white paper with black or blue ink), a handwritten declaration (on white paper with black ink).
Step-IX Pay the required application fee online and submit the duly filled application form much before the last date.
SIDBI Grade A 2025 Eligibility Criteria
The applicant must fulfil the required SIDBI Eligibility criteria to be eligible to appear for SIDBI Grade-A and B 2025. Check education qualification and age limit required for SIDBI Grade A Recruitment 2025.
SIDBI Grade A Education Qualification
The candidates must hold any of the below-mentioned degrees to be eligible to apply for SIDBI Grade A Recruitment 2025-
- Graduation in Commerce/ Economics/ Mathematics / Statistics/ Business Administration/ Engineering with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD applicants)
- Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Company Secretary (CS) / Certified Management Accountant (CMA/ ICWA)/ Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- Bachelor’s degree in Law / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks (SC / ST / PwBD applicants - 55%) in aggregate from Universities / Institutions recognized by GoI / UGC / AICTE.
- MBA/ PGDM [in Any Discipline (the course must be of full time 2 years)] / from a University/ Institution recognized by the University Grant Commission (UGC) / Govt. of India/ approved by Govt. regulatory bodies.
SIDBI Grade A Work Experience
At least two years’ experience in credit dispensation in the areas of MSME/Corporate and lending to trading and small commercial loans etc.
OR
Candidates having atleast 2 years’ experience (core functioning) in (any one):
- Entities dealing in Investment Banking / Merchant Banking registered with SEBI
- Entities dealing in Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) registered with SEBI
- Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARCs) registered with RBI
- Subsidiary of Scheduled Commercial Banks dealing in MSME segment
- Project management (viz. administration and implementation of projects/ Schemes of national importance) with consultancy firms of national stature having experience of consulting & project management in similar line for more than 10 years and should have specific experience of consulting/ Project management Government project implementation / Govt. Project management / Digital project related to lending / Consultancy for Govt. Projects.

SIDBI Age Limit
SIDBI Grade A Age Limit- Not below 21 years and not exceeding 30 years. (Candidates born not earlier than 08.11.1994 and not later than 09.11.2003 [both days including] are only eligible to apply)
SIDBI Grade B Age Limt- Not below 25 years and not exceeding 33 years. (Candidates born not earlier than 08.11.1991 and not later than 09.11.1999 [both days including] are only eligible to apply)

SIDBI Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
A candidate will be shortlisted for SIDBI Grade A Assistant Manager and Grade B Manager posts upon his/her performance in the selection stages of the SIDBI Exam 2025. There will be three stage recruitment process conducted to recruit candidates for 70 Grade A and B vacancies.
Stage 1- Phase 1 Examination (Common for All Streams/Grades)
Stage 2- Phase 2 Examination (Separate for General and Specilist Stream)
Stage 3- Interview
The final selection and ranking of the applicants for the post of Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ (General Stream) and Manager in Grade ‘B’ (General & Specialist Stream) will be based on their performance in the Phase-II Examination and Interview
SIDBI Exam Pattern 2025
The phase 1 exam for SIDBI Recruitment 2025 is common for all streams and posts, however, the question varies in Stream Specific Tests. There will be a negative marking of ¼th mark (0.25 marks) for each incorrect answer.

SIDBI Recruitment 2025 Salary
The basic salary of SIDBI Grade A Assistant Manager is Rs. 44500 with a pay scale of 44500 - 2500(4) - 54500 - 2850(7) – 74450 -EB - 2850(4) – 85850 - 3300(1) - 89150 (17 years). The net SIDBI Grade A salary is approx. Rs. 1,00,000/- per month including dearness allowances, house rent allowances, and other benefits.
The basic salary of SIDBI Grade B Assistant Manager is Rs. 55200 with a pay scale of 55200 - 2850 (9) – 80850 – EB - 2850 (2) – 86550 - 3300 (4) - 99750 (16 years). The net SIDBI Grade B salary is approx. Rs. 1,15,000/- per month including dearness allowances, house rent allowances, and other benefits.

SIDBI 2025 Admit Card
The applicants whose applications are accepted will be issued with SIDBI Grade A and Grade B Admit Card which is the mandatory document to be carried to the exam hall. SIDBI Admit Card will be uploaded on the official website of SIDBI @sidbi.in around 10 to 15 days prior to the interview dates. No hardcopy or personal information will be sent to the candidates in terms of the SIDBI Grade A Admit Card 2025.
SIDBI 2025 Result
Small Industries Development Bank of India will be releasing SIDBI Grade A and Grade B Result after each stage of the selection process. The candidates who qualify for the online test will have to appear in the interview round. The final SIDBI Grade A Result will be released after the conduction of the interview round.
