How to Calculate Percentage of Class 10 CBSE with 6 Subjects

Below we have discussed the steps to calculate the percentage of CBSE Class 10th with 6 subjects:

Step 1: Collect your marks for each subject out of the maximum marks. Let’s call these marks M1, M2, M3, M4, M5, and M6.

Step 2: Add up all the marks you score: M[total] = M1 + M2 + M3 + M4 + M5 + M6.

Step 3: Determine the maximum marks for each subject i.e., 100 marks per subject. Add these up:

Total = 100+100+100+100+100+100

Total = 600

Step 4: Divide your total marks and multiply by 100 to get your percentage: Percentage = M[Total] / 600 ×100.

Step 5: Your percentage is the final result that shows how well you performed in all six subjects combined.
