6. Four self-addressed envelopes with Rs. 22 postage stamps each, to be submitted at the provost’s office or NRSC
7. Two plain paper affidavits from an oath commissioner—one on behalf of the candidate and one for the candidate’s parents or guardian, confirming non-involvement in ragging
