NEET Counselling 2024 Postponed until Further Notice

NEET UG Counselling 2024 was expected to be started on July 06, 2024 as per the reports shared by NTA officials but due to some unprecedented circumstances, the counselling process has been postponed until further notice.

The NEET UG Result 2024 was released by the NTA on June 04 after which there were many allegations of paper leaks, scams, and many other things and even some of the candidates demanded to cancel or postpone the NEET Counselling process 2024. Hearing a plea filed in the supreme court, the vacation bench of Justice Vikram Nath and Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah refused to stay or postpone the NEET Counselling schedule.

NTA released the result of NEET Re-Exam 2024 on June 30, 2024, at its website, after which it was expected that the counselling process might be started by the officials by July 06 but as per the latest update, it is confirmed that the NEET UG Counselling 2024 has been postponed.

A bench led by CJI DY Chandrachud along with Justices JB Pardiwala and Manoj Misra is going to hear multiple pleas filed in relation to the NEET UG Result 2024 Controversy on July 08, 2024. It is expected that in that hearing more clarification might be given about the schedule and future of NEET Counselling 2024.
