Maharashtra SSC Paper Leak 2025: State Board Initiates Inquiry

On the very first day of the Maharashtra SSC Board Exam 2025, the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) got a major hit due to the reports circulating for the leak of Maharashtra SSC Marathi Question Paper 2025.

There were several reports surfacing over the internet sharing that the Marathi subject Question Paper had been leaked at the examination center in Jalna district. However, any official statement regarding the Maharashtra SSC Paper Leak 2025 is yet to be made by the Maharashtra education department.

In the afternoon of February 21, 2025 there were multiple reports circulating around the web sharing the photocopies of answer sheets for the class 10 Marathi subject paper that were being distributed in certain areas of Mantha taluka in Jalna district. Taking into concern the divisional education board office in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar requested a report on the matter from the concerned education officers.

It has been said that the answer key of the Maharashtra SSC Exam 2025 was available for students within 15 minutes of the start of the exam. This incident has raised several concerns about the claims of a ‘copy-free’ campaign. Also, it has been noted that the maximum number of illegal and wrong practices in the class 12 exams were reported in the Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar division, leading to concerns that similar incidents might occur during the class 10 board exams.
