Important Instructions to fill NEET UG 2025 Registration Form

• Read all the guidelines carefully
• Collect all the documents in the form and size as mentioned in the guidelines
• While filling in the registration form, ensure to enter a valid mobile number and email address
• It is required that the applicants must keep all their details handy during the process to fill the registration form
• Before filling in the application form, check the Appendix XV of the info bulletin to make yourself familiar with the application form
• Candidates are required to have numerous documents of identification ready with them like Aadhar Card, Voter Id, Passport, etc.
• The candidates must keep their passport-sized photographs, scanned signatures, fingerprint impressions, and other documents ready during the registration process
• Save and download the submission details of the application fee
• Take the coloured print out after the successful submission of the NEET Application Form 2025.
