How to Fill the NEET Application Form 2025?

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has started the application process for NEET 2025. Interested candidates can visit the official website https://neet.ntaonline.in/ to fill out the NEET UG 2025 application form. The form must be submitted online. To apply, first, register on the website. Then, fill in the required details, upload necessary documents, and pay the application fee. After that, submit the form and download the confirmation page. Step V: The authorities will send a provisional application number after the registration process. This will be the user ID that will be used at the time of login.

Step VI: Now the candidates will have to fill out the NEET application form 2025 by providing all the personal information, educational details (Pass status, Year of passing/appearance, Place of schooling, Type of school/college, Qualifying examination state, Qualifying examination district, School board, Result mode, etc.), qualifying exam, and contact details.

Step VII: Now select the medium of the question paper as the NEET Exam will be conducted in 13 languages. And then select the exam city.

The photograph must be passport-size with a white background, having the name of the candidate and the date of the photograph underneath the image. The size of the file should be 10 kb to 200 kb in JPEG format. Signature: This must be done with a black ink pen on white paper and should be scanned to a file with size 4 kb to 30 kb in JPG format.
