Today, the JEE Main 2025 Session 2 April 7 Shift 1 exam was successfully conducted from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and Shift 2 exams was held between 03:00 PM to 6 pm. The exam is organized by the National Testing Agency (NTA) in two shifts – morning shift (Shift 1) from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and the evening shift (Shift 2) from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The last three days of JEE Mains 2025 April session are April 7, 8, and 9. Paper 1 (BE/BTech) will be held on April 7 and 8.
Paper 2A (BArch) and 2B (BPlanning) will be conducted on April 9 by the testing agency. The JEE Main Session 2 Paper 1 for B.Tech and B.E. is being held on April 7, 2025. JEE Main 2025 April 07 Shift 1 & Shift 2 Exam Difficulty Level
JEE Main Session 2 Paper 1 for B.Tech and B.E was of moderate difficulty. Many students found the Physics section to be easy, while Chemistry was mostly based on the NCERT and scoring. Maths was the toughest among all three sections, with tricky and lengthy questions. Overall, the paper tested time management and accuracy. Students who practiced well and focused on the basics could do better. The difficulty level was similar to previous years, with no big surprises.
