RBI Grade B Salary Increment
The first increment of RBI Grade B Officer is done after 5 years of their service period.
- Receive an increment of - Rs. 1750 (up to 9 years )
- After 9 years is over, your basic pay is: Receive an increment of - Rs. 50,900: Rs. 1750 (for the next 2 years)
- Further increment of - Rs. 2000 ( for the next 4 years) / then basic pay is = Rs. 54400
- After 16 years, the maximum basic pay will be Rs. 62400.
This amount will be received even without any single promotion after that certain period of time.
RBI Grade B Salary Perks & Allowances
Besides the basic pay, RBI Grade B Officers are offered several other perks & allowances. These additional benefits motivate the employees to work and keep the working environment healthy.
i) Dearness Allowance: 31% of the basic pay as per 7th pay commission
