The National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur will soon announce the NIMCET 2025 Exam Date. As of now, the NIMCET 2025 Exam is expected to be conducted in the month of June 2025. The National Institute of Technology Master of Computer Applications Common Entrance Test (NIMCET) is a national-level entrance exam conducted by the NITs. This entrance exam is conducted every year for interested graduates to be offered admission into the Masters in Computer Application (MCA)Programme in the participating NITs. Candidates qualifying for the NIMCET 2025 exam with a good rank, will be allotted seats at various campuses of NITs on the basis of their ranks. Every year the number of applications received for the NIMCET exam is around 50,000 students whereas approximately 805 seats are offered in 11 NITs across India. 

NIMCET 2025 Exam

National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur will soon release the official notification regarding the NIMCET 2025 exam in the month of May 2025. The exam conducting authorities is expected to begin the registration process for the upcoming NIMCET 2025 exam by the last week of March 2025. The official notification and application link will be available on the official website. The NIMCET 2025 score would be accepted by 11 NITs across the country, including NIT Agartala, Allahabad, Bhopal, Calicut, Jamshedpur, Kurukshetra, Patna, Raipur, etc, along with many other recognized universities and institutions.

NIMCET 2025 Admit Card

The National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur is expected to release the admit cards for the upcoming NIMCET 2025 Examination 2-3 weeks before the exam. The admit cards will be released in online mode. All the candidates who have successfully registered themselves for the NIMCET 2025 Examination can now download their admit cards by simply visiting the official website www.nimcet.in. They will require their application number and password to access their admit cards. All the candidates are informed that they must download their admit cards as soon as possible, as without them they will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.

NIMCET 2025 Application Fee

Candidates are required to pay the requisite NIMCET 2025 application fee online via Net-banking/Credit Card/Debit Card/Mobile wallets. The service charge (as applicable) will have to be borne by the candidate. Every applicant must keep in mind that the NIMCET 2024 application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. 

Steps to apply fill the NIMCET 2025 Application form

NIMCET 2025 registration includes various steps like filling application form, uploading documents, payment of the application fee etc. Students can follow the steps given below to fill the NIMCET application form 2025.

Step 1- Visit the official website of NIMCET 2025 or click on the link given above.

Step 2- Register by entering your personal e-mail ID and personal mobile number.

Step 3- After submitting this information, an email will be sent to the mentioned e-mail ID.

Step 4- Then log in by using a login password and fill in all the required details in the application form.

Step 5- After this process, candidates need to upload the scanned images of the signature as well as photographs in the mentioned format.

Step 6- Candidates need to make the payment for the NIMCET 2024 application form.

Step 7- After the payment process candidate will find that a complete application form with a unique application number will be generated soon.

Step 8- Then take the printout of the application form and sent it with the important documents via speed post or registered post at the given address.

NIMCET 2025 Exam Pattern

The NIMCET 2025 exam pattern describes the type and pattern of questions to be asked in the upcoming entrance exam. NIMCET 2025 exam will be conducted online (CBT) mode. The question paper will be in English language only and will contain Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ). The question paper will contain 120 questions for the examination.

1.  4 marks will be awarded for each correct answer.
2. -1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.
3.  The question paper will be divided into 4 sections. Each section contains different marks sections.
