Step-II: On the homepage, click on Careers >> Current Openings

Step-III: Click on the notification reading- “ Recruitment of Executive - Sales and Operations (ESO): 2025-26”

Step-IV: Now click on "Apply Online" and you will be redirected to a new page.

Step-V: Enter your personal, and educational details in the application form correctly.

Step VI: Candidates can proceed to upload a Photo, Signature, Thumb impression, Hand-written declaration and Scribe declaration (if opted for scribe)

IDBI ESO Education Qualification

A Graduate from a recognized university in any discipline from a University recognized/ approved by the Government / Govt. Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC, etc. Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria.

Computer Literacy- Candidates are expected to have proficiency in computers/ IT related aspects.

IDBI ESO Age Limit

The candidate should be of age limit of 20 to 25 years to be eligible to apply for IDBI bank Executive posts. The candidate must have been born not earlier than 2000 and not later than 2005. The exact dates will be declared along with the notification.

IDBI ESO Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

The selection of the aspirants will be done through an online test at various exam centres followed by document verification, interview and a pre-recruitment medical test. The selected graduates will be recruited on a contract basis for the 3-year duration at various branches and offices. On successful completion contractual period, the appointees have to go through a selection process for appointment as Assistant Manager (Grade A‟) in IDBI Bank.

IDBI ESO Recruitment 2025 Exam Pattern

1. There will be 4 sections in the online test- Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, and General/Economy/Banking Awareness/ Computer/IT.

2. The duration of the online test will be 120 minutes

3. There will be 200 Multiple Choice Questions for 200 marks.

4. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.

IDBI Executive Salary

The Executive will be paid a handsome remuneration which will be fixed for a period of time. The contract would be initially for a period of 1 year and this may be revised for an extension on a year-to-year basis for a further period of 2 years, subject to the satisfactory performance of the applicant. IDBI Executive Exam Centres

Candidates may select any 1 centre from the below-mentioned centres and indicate the same in their application. Request for a change of centre will not be entertained.

IDBI Executive Admit Card 2025

Registered candidates will be required to download the IDBI Admit Card 2025 for the Executive Exam from the official website of IDBI. The hard copy of the IDBI admit card won’t be couriered to applicants. 

One must log in to his/her account created while filling in the online application form and download the admit card.

To login to the official website of IDBI, a candidate is supposed to have:

1. Registration Number/Roll Number
2. Date of Birth/Password

IDBI Executive ESO 2025 Result

The result of the online exam for Executive posts (Sales and Operations) will be announced after the exam is completed. Candidates who meet or exceed the minimum cutoff score will be selected for the next stage. Only those who clear the cutoff will be invited for the Interview process.
