IDBI JAM Recruitment 2025- Summary

The candidates selected for Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) vacancies will be paid around Rs. 6.14 lakh to Rs. 6.50 lakh per year. The selected candidates will have to serve for a probation period of 1 year, which will be divided into 2 parts- 9 months training & 3 months internship period. After the probation period, the eligible candidates will be recruited as Junior Assistant Manager Grade ‘O’ posts with a handsome salary.

1. There will be 4 sections in the online test- Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, and General Awareness
2. The duration of the online test will be 2 hours and there is a sectional timing also.
3. There will be 200 Multiple Choice Questions for 200 marks.
4. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.

IDBI Junior Assistant Manager Salary 2025

The candidates will be first selected for a 6 month training period with a stipend of Rs. 5000/- per month and then will be promoted to 2 months of Internship Period with a stipend of Rs. 15,000/- per month. Once the probation period is complete and selected candidates are recruited for Junior Assistant Manager Grade ‘O' posts, for which the pay scale ranges between Rs.6.14 lakh to Rs.6.50 lakh per annum.
