The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is a national-level eligibility test which is conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to determine the eligibility of candidates for teacher posts for Classes 1 to 8. CTET Application Form Fees 2025

- Online Mode of Payment: The fee payment can be done through a Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking.
- Offline Mode of Payment: The candidates can submit their application fee through E-Challan by depositing the prescribed fee in the CTET Exam Fee Account with Syndicate Bank or Canara Bank.
Steps to Fill CTET Application Form 2025
The candidates who are interested in applying for CTET 2025 must follow the below steps to submit their CTET Application Form 2025. Candidates are advised to keep the scanned copies of their essential documents ready while filling out the online form.
- Open the official portal of CTET 2025 i.e. https://ctet.nic.in.
- The homepage of the website appears on the screen. Click on “Apply for CTET 2025”.
- A new window will appear on your screen. If you are a new user, Click on the "New Registration" button to register yourself. Otherwise, fill in your details and click on the "SIGN IN" button.
- Fill in all the required details: Candidate's Name, Mother’s Name, Father’s Name, and Date of Birth in capital letters.
- Now choose the Exam Centre and the medium of exam for CTET 2025 in which you want to attempt the paper (English/Hindi).
- Enter your Aadhar card number, choose your gender, and category, and finally select the status of Employment and the status of the Qualifying Exam.
- Now fill in your educational qualification (the most recent qualification you hold), your percentage, etc.
- After that, you are required to provide your communication address, phone number, and email ID.
- Upload your photo and signature. Both the images must be in jpg/jpeg format and must have a white background.
- You will be directed to the payment page. The payment can be made for the CTET 2025 Exam through online or offline mode.
- Click on the “SUBMIT” button. Download the confirmation page for future reference.
NOTE: The candidate particulars can be edited till the payment of fees has not been made. Once the payment of fees has been made, candidate particulars cannot be edited at this stage. Thereafter corrections can be made only during the period in which online correction will be allowed as per the given schedule of the CTET July 2025 exam.
Pre-Requisites for CTET 2025 July Application Form
Before Applying for CTET 2025, a candidate must have hold of the following pre-requisites to avoid any last-time problems and hassle in the online application process:
- Candidates must have a scanned Photograph and Signature (in JPG format) Ready in the required format before applying for CTET Application Form 2025.
- Candidates should not sign in CAPITAL LETTERS.
- Candidates must keep all necessary documents ready at the time of Online Payment.
- A Valid Email ID must be provided at the time of Registration for CTET 2025.
- No change will be accepted through offline mode i.e. through fax/application or by email etc. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
Important Instruction for Photograph and Signature
While filling out the CTET Online Form 2025, candidates need to upload their photographs and signatures in a prescribed format which has been discussed in detail below.
- The scanned images of the latest photographs and signature should be in jpg/jpeg format.
- The size of the photograph and signature must be of the following dimensions.

CTET 2025 Examination Centre
Candidates are required to choose at least 4 different centers from the list in order of their preference and fill out the same in CTET Application Form 2025. While every effort will be made to conduct the exam at one of the places opted by the candidate, however, the Board reserves all rights to allot a center other than that of the candidate’s choice anywhere in India in case of unavailability.
