The Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (CGPEB) conducts the CG TET for the candidates who are interested in becoming teachers for classes 1 to 5 and 6 to 8. CG TET Paper 1 Exam Pattern 2025

CG TET Paper 1 is divided into five sections, namely Child Development & Pedagogy, Language I (Hindi), Language II (English/Urdu/Sanskrit), Mathematics, and Environmental Studies. A total of 150 objective-type multiple questions will be asked in the CG TET Paper 1 for 150 marks. A total of 2 hours and 30 minutes of duration will be given to complete the CG TET Paper 1. The distribution of marks for each section is given below.

CG TET Paper 2 Exam Pattern 2025

CG TET Paper 2 is divided into four sections, such as Child Development & Pedagogy, Language I (Hindi), Language II (English/Urdu/Sanskrit), and Mathematics & Science/Social Science. A total of 30 questions for 30 marks will be asked from Child Development & Pedagogy, Language I (Hindi), Language II (English/Urdu/Sanskrit), while 60 questions will be asked from Mathematics & Science/Social Science for 60 marks.

  • CG TET Paper 2 consists of four sections
  • A total 150 Multiple Choice questions for 150 marks will be asked
  • Time duration will be given 2 hours, 30 minutes to complete the exam
  • Exam will be held in offline mode
