CBSE Junior Assistant Previous Year Questions Papers

The Board has announced a total of 70 vacancies for CBSE Recruitment 2025 for Junior Assistant posts. The selection of candidates for Junior Assistants posts will be based on Tier 1 and the skill test. Based on the performance in Tier-1, the candidates will be called for the skill test/typing test, which is qualifying in nature; marks in the skill test will not be considered for the final merit list. CBSE Junior Assistant Exam Pattern

CBSE Junior Assistant Exam Pattern 2025 consists of 100 questions for 300 marks. Three marks will be given for each correct answer, while 1 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. The total time duration for the Junior Assistant Exam is 2 hours. Here we have discussed the distribution of questions and marks for each section.

  • The exam consists of objective multiple-choice OMR-based questions
  • A total of 100 questions will be asked for a total of 300 marks
  • For every correct answer, 3 marks will be provided, and there will be negative marking; 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer
  • The language of the question paper will be bilingual, i.e., both in Hindi and English

The CBSE Junior Assisatnt Exam 2025 covers 5 parts-

  1. Part 1 covers Current Affairs and General Awareness with 30 questions for 90 marks.
  2. Part 2 tests Reasoning and Mathematical Ability with 25 questions for 75 marks.
  3. Part 3 includes General Hindi and English also with 25 questions for 75 marks.
  4. Part 4 is based on Basic knowledge of Computer Operations with 10 questions of 30 marks.
  5. Part 5 focuses on the Awareness about the school education, examination board, and its administration with 10 questions of 30 marks.

The total exam consists of 100 questions of 300 marks. candidates have to complete the paper in 2 hours
