The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) declared the final result for the UPSC Civil Service Exam along with the UPSC Topper List 2025 and marks scored by them in the written and interview exams. Girls have shone in the UPSC CSE 2025 Exam, with the top two ranks secured by women, while male candidates claimed the 3rd and 4th positions. This year, Shakti Dubey topped the UPSC IAS exam, followed by Harshita Dubey, Dongre Archit Parag, and Aakash Garg. Rank 1- Shakti Dubey, belonging from Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, has achieved the prestigious All India Rank 1 in the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2024 among 1009 candidates. Her optional subject was Political Science and International Relations. Shakti started on her UPSC preparation journey in 2018, demonstrating strength and consistency over the years. Her constant efforts result in her topping the UPSC CSE 2024. She is an inspiration to all those candidates who are preparing for the upcoming UPSC Exams.

Rank 2- Harshita Goyal, belonging from Vadodara, Gujarat, completed a Bachelor’s in Commerce from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. She secured 2nd rank in the UPSC CSE Exam. Her optional subject for UPSC CSE Exam was also Political Science and International Relations.

Rank 3- Dongre Archit Parag secured 3rd rank in UPSC Civil Services Examination 2024 with optional subject Philosophy.

Rank 4 – Margi Chirag Shah holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad, and has secured the fourth position with Sociology as an optional subject.

Rank 5 – Akash Garg holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, and has secured the fifth position with Sociology as an optional subject.

Rank 6- Komal Punia is from Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh. She topped the district by scoring 97% marks in the Intermediate examination. After this, she did a B.Tech from IIT Roorkee. In UPSC CSE 2024 Exam, she grabbed 6th position.

Rank 7 – Aayushi secured 97th rank in UPSC 2023 and 188th rank in 2022. She was born in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. Both mother and father worked in LIC. At the age of 10, when she was in class 5, her father passed away. She came to Delhi to prepare for IIT. Worked at McKenzie & Company here. Quit the job in 2022 and started UPSC CSE preparation.

Rank 8 – Raj Krishna Jha belongs to Sitamarhi in Bihar. He did his schooling in the Japa district of Nepal. After completing 12th from Bihar Board, he did B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Motilal National Institute of Technology. Then he joined Hindustan Petroleum in the year 2018. He was currently working in Kolhapur.

Rank 9 – Aditya Vikram Agarwal is from Bahadurgarh in Haryana. He has completed his B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Allahabad. Anthropology was his optional subject in the Mains in UPSC.

Rank 10 – Mayank Tripathi is from Kannauj in UP. Mayank had secured 337 rank in his first attempt. This time in his second attempt, he has got 10th rank. Earlier, he was selected for the post of DSP under UP PCS.
