TS TET 2025 June Exam Details

TS TET Eligibility test is a state-level exam conducted twice, giving candidates double the opportunity to apply for primary classes (1st to 5th) and upper primary classes (6th to 8th). Those who qualify for the TS TET 2025 Exam receive the TS TET certificate, which is now valid for a lifetime.

TS TET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

The candidate’s eligibility in terms of educational qualification for the post of teacher for Classes 1 to 5 and Classes 6 to 8 is as follows:

Educational Qualifications for Paper I (Classes 1-5) Educational Qualifications For Paper II (Classes 6-8)
Candidates must have passed Intermediate (10+2) with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/BC/Differently Abled) (AND), A 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education, 4-year B.El.Ed., or Diploma in Special Education A Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.Sc./B.Com./B.E./B.Tech) with at least 50% marks (relaxation for reserved categories) +
A B.Ed. or equivalent teacher training qualification

TSTET 2025 Exam Pattern

  • The TS TET exam will include multiple-choice questions.
  • The exam will be held online in computer-based mode.
  • Every question carries 1 mark in the computer-based test, i.e. for every correct answer candidates will get 1 mark.
  • There will be no negative marking in the exam, i.e. no marks will be deducted for wrong answers.
  • The duration of the exam will be 2 hours 30 minutes.
