The Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test (TNTET) is a state-level exam conducted by the Teachers Recruitment Board to determine the eligibility of candidates aspiring to become teachers from Class 1 to 8. The TNTET Cut Off is the minimum mark candidates must score in order to qualify for the TNTET exam. As the Teachers Recruitment Board, Tamilnadu doesn’t release the TNTET Cut Off, but there are minimum qualifying marks that the board has set to assess candidates’ eligibility.
TNTET Cut Off 2025
The TNTET 2025 Cut Off Marks have been different for the reserved and unreserved category candidates. Candidates who qualify in TN TET Cut Off/ Qualifying Marks by scoring the category-wise qualifying marks will become eligible for TNTET certification, the validity is for a lifetime. TNTET Cut Off 2025 has not been released officially as it is an eligibility test, but there have been criteria of minimum qualifying marks, and the candidates have to score more than it to be eligible for certification.
TNTET Cut Off Marks 2025
The cutoff marks represent the minimum qualifying marks required to succeed in the eligibility test. Candidates who score minimum qualifying marks will be declared qualified in the TN TET exam. Those who have qualified for the exam can apply to schools that consider TNTET mandatory for the posts of Class 1 to 8.
TNTET 2025 Qualifying Marks
For the General category, the minimum qualifying TNTET Qualifying Marks is 60% in the TNTET Exam, while for OBC, SC, ST categories, the minimum qualifying cut off is 55%. The TNTET Cut Off for all categories is mentioned below.
