The online registration process for TNPSC Group 5A 2024 has been started on 18th October 2024 on the official website https://www.tnpsc.gov.in/. Candidates who have completed their graduation and are interested in TNPSC Combined Civil Services Examination – Group VA Services have to submit their application forms before the last date arrives to avoid last-minute technical glitches. TNPSC Group 5A 2024 Application Fee

While submitting the TNPSC Group 5A 2024 Application Form candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs. 100/-.  Candidates belonging to special categories are exempted from paying examination fees. The examination fee will be paid online mode through Net Banking / Credit card / Debit card on or before the last date of submission of the online application which is 15th November 2024 (11:59 pm).

TNPSC Group 5A 2024 Eligibility Criteria

All those candidates interested in the TNPSC Group 5A Vacancy should ensure that they fulfill all eligibility standards for Assistant Section Officer posts. Candidate eligibility will be determined in terms of educational qualification and age limit.

Educational Qualification

• Candidates must have completed a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or board.
•  Drafting experience for a period of not less than five years in the post of Junior Assistant or Assistant or in both posts taken together.

Age Limit (as on 01/07/2024)

The candidate’s upper age should not be more than 35 years for the candidates belonging to Others, BC (OBCM)s, BCMs and MBCs/DCs categories and candidates belonging to SCs, SC(A)s and STs upper age should not be more than 40 years.

TNPSC Group 5A Exam Pattern 2024

• The TNPSC Group 5A written exam will consist of 02 papers. Paper I and Paper II.
• Both papers will consist of descriptive-type questions.
• The time duration of each papaer is 03 hours.
• The level of questions asked in Paper I and Paper II will be Degree.
