TNPSC Group 1 Online Form 2025

Along with the release of the notification pdf, the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has started accepting the TNPSC Group 1 Online Form 2025 through the official website at www.tnpsc.gov.in on 1st April 2025. TNPSC Group 1 Application Fee

The TNPSC Group 1 application fee will be paid online as per the category of the candidates to complete the TNPSC Group 1 Online Form 2025. Check the fee for each category here.

One-time Registration Fee – Rs. 150/- (valid for 5 years)
Preliminary Examination Fee – Rs. 100/-
Main Written Examination Fee – Rs. 200/-

Stepy to Apply Online for TNPSC Group 1 Posts

Go to the official website of Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) at www.tnpsc.gov.in.
Under the Important Link section, click on the Apply Online tab.
Click on One Time Regitration and create a login ID by providing basic details.
Fill out the application forms and submit your educational and other details.
Enter the required details in the form and upload your Photo and signature. Before submitting the form, preview your details.
Pay the application fee as per category.
Your Online TNPSC Group 1 application process is completed, and you can take a printout of the application form for further use.

Eligibility for TNPSC Group 1 Posts

Deputy Collector	Candidates must have completed a degree from any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational institutions
Deputy Superintendent of Police (Category – 1)	Candidates must possess a degree from any of the Universities Preference shall be given to candidates who possess National awards for physical efficiency
Assistant Commissioner (Commercial Taxes)	Candidates must possess a degree from any of the Universities or Board 1st preference- A degree both in Commerce and Law together with a Diploma in Taxation laws 2nd preference- A degree both in Commerce and Law 3rd preference- A degree either in Commerce or Law together with a Diploma in Taxation laws 4th preference- A degree either in Commerce or Law
Assistant Director of Rural Development	Candidates must possess a degree from any of the Universities or Board Preference will be given Post Graduate Degree in Rural Services of the Gandhigram Rural Institute Graduate Degree or Diploma in Extension Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Sociology
District Employment Officer	Degree from any of the Universities or Board Preference shall be given to graduates in Economics, Education, Sociology, Statistics, Psychology and to those with Post Graduate Diploma in Social Science and experience in industrial or personnel management or labour welfare
Assistant Commissioner of Labour	Degree from any of the Universities or Board Preference shall be given to freedom fighters and members of their families

Age Limit

All posts excluding Assistant Commissioner (Commercial Taxes ) – 21 to 34 years
For applicants possessing any degree – 21 to 34 years
For applicants possessing B.L.B a degree from a recognized university – 21 to 35 years
