The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts the SSC GD Constable Exam every year to recruit eligible candidates for the General Duty post of Constables (GD) in BSF, CISF, CRPF, SSB, ITBP, AR, and SSF forces. The SSC GD Notification 2024-25 has been released by SSC for the recruitment of a total of 39481 vacancies. As per the notification, the SSC GD Exam Date 2024-25 is scheduled for January-February 2025. The exact SSC GD Exam Date will be released soon on the official website www.ssc.gov.in.
SSC GD Exam Date 2024-25
This year, SSC GD Notification 2024-25 has been released for recruiting Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), SSF, and Rifleman (GD) in the Assam Rifles Examination, 2024. As the application process is ongoing, interested and eligible candidates can submit their application forms for SSC GD 2024-25 by 14th October 2024. The SSC GD Computer-Based Exam will be conducted in January-February 2025. The respective dates and shift timings will be notified with the release of the SSC GD Admit Card 2025.

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will release the official notice regarding the exact SSC GD Constable Exam Date 2025 on the official website www.ssc.gov.in. The SSC GD exam will be conducted for the recruitment of 39481 candidates at various exam centers throughout the country. Candidates are advised to plan their exam preparation accordingly.

SSC GD Constable Selection Process 2024-25
SSC GD Constable 2024-25 Exam consists of 4 stage recruitment process which are
- Tier-1 is Computer-Based
- Tier 2 is the Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Tier 3 is in the Physical Standard Test (PST)
- Tier 4 is Medical Examination.
Though Tier-1 & Tier-2 are compulsory stages, and tier-3 is conducted for selective posts. The exam pattern for the SSC GD Online Exam has been revised as mentioned in SSC GD 2024 Notification, which is as follows-
