SJVN Executive Trainee Selection Process 2025
The selection for the Executive Trainee has multiple stages, such as Computer-Based Test (CBT), Group Discussion, and Personal Interview. Candidates who qualify for the CBT exam will only be eligible for the further selection process. The Final selection will be based on the CBT score and the performance in Group Discussion and Personal Interview, according to weightage.

SJVN Executive Trainee Exam Pattern 2025
- The SJVN Executive Trainee CBT exam will be conducted in both mediums.
- A total of 150 multiple-choice questions will be asked for 150 Marks.
- 70 Questions will be asked from the technical subject, and the remaining 30 questions will be asked from the General Ability, Logical Reasoning, and Intelligence Test.
- Candidates have only 2 Hours to complete the exam.
- Each question will carry 1 mark, and there will be no negative marking.

SJVN Executive Trainee Salary 2025
The candidates who are selected for the post of Executive Trainee will get an initial salary of Rs. 50,000, and the maximum salary will be Rs. 1,60,000 during the training period. After the training period, candidates will get an increment of 3% basic salary.
