This year, lots of applications have been received for filling 600 vacancies of Probationary Officer posts, which eventually increases the competition level. The preliminary exam for SBI PO 2025 consists of 30 questions from Reasoning Ability, 40 questions from English language and 30 questions from Quantitative Aptitude subjects. The duration to complete the exam is 60 minutes, and 20 minutes are allotted separately for each section. As per the review collected, questions from all three sections were of Moderate level. SBI PO Prelims Exam Good Attempts & Difficulty Level

SBI PO 16 March Exam Analysis 2025- English Language

This section consists of 40 questions now and maximum questions were from Reading Comprehension, Error detection, and Cloze Test. There were 7 to 8 questions from Reading Comprehension with true & false questions. The cloze test topic was based on “ban on social media”.

SBI PO 16 March Exam Analysis 2025- Numerical Ability

This section had 30 questions, and the level of the Numerical Ability section was Moderate. The questions asked from the Arithmetic sections were asked Boat, Ages, Trains, Mensuration, Average, Profit & Loss, Partnership, Time & Work. No question was asked from the Approximation and Simplification.

SBI PO 2025 Shift Timings

Each day, the SBI PO Prelims Exam is scheduled for 4 shifts, and the duration of each shift is 1 hour (60 minutes). Before beginning the exam, 30 minutes are provided for the Handwriting Sample.
