Lakhs of candidates who declared qualified in the prelims exam through the SBI Clerk Result are now ready to appear in the Mains Exam. As per the official announcement, the mains exam of SBI Clerk will now be conducted on two days, 10th and 12th April 2025. The exam centre details has been notified through admit cards, which has been released on 1st April 2025. Candidates who will be declared qualified in the prelims exam will be eligible to appear for the 2nd phase of the selection process.

SBI Clerk prelims exam was conducted to shortlist candidates for the Mains Exam for Clerk/Junior Associate posts. For the year 2025-26, the State Bank of India has announced 14191 vacancies for which 19.9 lakh applications were received. After the completion of the prelims exam, now SBI Clerk 2025 Mains exam will be conducted on 10th and 12th April 2025 in multiple shifts.

This stage will be the final stage of the selection process; however, after that local regional language test will be conducted, which will be qualifying in nature. The final merit list will be prepared basis of marks scored in the Mains exam.

SBI Junior Associate Mains Exam Pattern 2025

In SBI Clerk Mains exam, the questions will be of objective type and except for the test of General English, all sections will be bilingual i.e., English & Hindi. There will be a negative marking of 1/4th mark for wrong answers in the Objective tests. The duration of the exam is 2 hours 40 minutes, and there will also be sectional timing for each section.
