RRB Technician Exam Date 2024 Out
RRB CBT Exam date for Technician (Grade 1 Signal and Grade 3) posts has been announced by the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) on its official website https://indianrailways.gov.in. The online examination for Technician CBT has been rescheduled for 19th, 20th, 23rd, 24th, 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th, and 30th December 2024. The Grade 1 exam was conducted on the 19th and 20th of December and the Grade 3 exam is scheduled for the 23rd to the 30th of December 2024. The exam will be held in computer-based mode at various exam centers throughout the country. The details including exam date, exam timing, exam venue, etc have been released along with the RRB Technician Admit Card.

RRB Technician Recruitment 2024 Application Fee
While filling out the RRB Technician Application forms candidates have to pay the required amount of application fees as per their category. Without an application fee candidates’ application forms will be considered incomplete and will be rejected. RRB Technician Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Certain eligibility requirements are necessary for the candidates to fulfill before applying for the RRB Technician post. The eligibility requirements that are to be fulfilled for the RRB Technician post are based on parameters like educational qualification and age limit.

RRB Technician Age Limit (1/07/2024)
As mentioned in the RRB Technician Notification, the minimum age limit is 18 years and the maximum age is different for both posts.
1. The age limit to apply for Technician Grade 1 Signal posts is 18 to 36 years.
2. The age limit to apply for Technician Grade 3 posts is 18 to 33 years.
3. Upper age relaxation for reserved categories is mentioned below in the table.

RRB Technician Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
All the candidates who are willing to apply to the RRB Technician Recruitment 2024 should be aware of the selection stages that will have to pass to be hired for this role. There will be 3 stages in the selection process for RRB Technician posts. The candidates will first have to clear the CBT examination. RRB Technician 2024 Salary Structure
Appointed candidates for Technician posts will be paid a monthly salary, allowance, and perks. The salary for Technician Grade 1 Signal posts will be Rs. 29,200/- and the salary for Technician Grade 3 posts is Rs. 19,900 as pay level 2.
