RRB Exam Calendar 2025 Out, Check Exam Date for All Railway Exams

Good news for Railway job seekers! The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is going to conduct various Railway exams including RRB ALP, Technician, SI, Constable, JE and other posts. Last year, in total 92116 vacancies were announced by Railways to be recruited for various posts including Constable, SI, Level 1 Group D, Assistant Loco Pilots, Technicians, NTPC, Junior Engineers, Paramedical Staff, and Ministerial and Isolated Categories posts. RRB Exam Calendar 2025-26 [Coming Year]

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has started releasing notifications for the coming year and as of now, the notification for RRB ALP Recruitment 2025 has been released announcing 9970 Assistant Loco Pilot posts. The RRB Recruitment 2025 Calendar for the upcoming exam is as mentioned below.

As per the latest RRB Exam Calendar 2025, the CBT exam for RPF Constable posts is scheduled from 2nd to 20th March 2025 and CBT 2 exam for ALP will be conducted on 19th and 20th March 2025. Furthermore, the exam schedule for RRB NTPC, RPF SI PET/PST, Group D, Paramedical Posts, Railway Teacher, Ministerial and Isolated Categories posts will be announced shortly. RRB Exam Calendar 2025-26 [Coming Year]

The ministry has asked the Zonal Railways and Production Units to assess their vacancies as per the schedule. Railway Recruitment Boards (RRB) is held responsible for following the released Annual Calendar for the year 2025 for recruitments. The RRB Recruitment 2025 Calendar which the Ministry of Railway has approved is as follows-

The above table depicts the schedule for upcoming railway exams as such-

1. Firstly Zonal Railways and Production Units will assess the vacancies in their respective departments after deducting the vacancies which are already intended in the recruitment year 2024.
2. Afterwards, the approval will be granted to the assessed vacancies.
3. Then a proposal for draft centralized employment notification (CEN) will be released.
4. The final notification will be released to the candidates with complete details about the recruitment process including changes from the previous year (if any).
5. The ministry also proposes the date before which the vacancy-filling process is to be completed through the RRB Exam Calendar 2025.

RRB Recruitment 2025

For the coming year 2025, the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released a tentative RRB Exam Calendar 2025 depicting which exams are to be held. The calendar includes details for Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP), Technicians, Non-Technical Popular Categories (Graduate & Under Graduate), Paramedical Categories, Ministerial & Isolated Categories, Junior Engineer, Depot Material Superintendent, and Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant posts. Following are the exams and their brief which are scheduled for the financial year 2025-26.

RRB ALP 2025- For the post of Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP), the candidates will be selected through CBT 1, CBT 2, CBAT and Document Verification. For the year 2025, the notification can be expected in January-March 2025 with a huge number of vacancies and great opportunities for candidates with matriculation degrees.

RRB Technician 2025- The selection will be based on the candidate’s performance in a computer-based Test after which Document verification and medical examination will be carried out for final selection. The official notification with complete details will be released in April-June 2025.

RRB NTPC 2025- The exam for Railway Non-Technical Popular Categories consists of the vacancies for Graduate & Under Graduate level candidates. The board has announced to release the RRB NTPC Notification 2025 in the month of July-September 2025.

RRB Paramedical 2025- Railways will also be releasing vacancies for various posts falling in the category of Paramedical Staff in the year 2025. As per the RRB Calendar 2025, the notification with the application form and other details will be released in July-September 2025 and selection will be done through a computer-based Test followed by document verification and medical examination.
