RRB ALP CBT 2 Exam Date 2025 Postponed, New Official Schedule Soon

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has announced that the RRB ALP CBT 2 Exam has been cancelled through the official notice which is released on all regional websites. As per the notice, the RRB ALP CBT 2 Exam 2025 which was scheduled for 19th and 20th March 2025 was postponed and new exam dates will be announced. The candidates who are eligible to appear for the RRB ALP CBT 2 Exam have to now wait for the revised exam dates. The details regarding the exam city and shift time will be released again through city intimation and other details regarding respective exam date, venue etc will be released along with the admit cards.

Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) announced 18799 vacancies for Assistant Loco Pilots posts for which the 1st stage of the selection process i.e. RRB ALP CBT 1 was already conducted. After the declaration of RRB ALP CBT 1 Result 2025, the shortlisted candidates have to appear for CBT 2 Exam which was scheduled for 2 consecutive days i.e. on 19th and 20th March 2025 but now postponed. The RRB ALP CBT 2 Exam will be conducted at various exam centres throughout the country and RRB ALP CBT 2 Admit Card 2025 will be released again with venue details.

The RRB ALP 2025 2nd stage of the CBT exam will be conducted for all those candidates who declared qualified in the CBT 1 exam. In RRB ALP 2nd stage of Computer Based Exam consist of 2 papers. Paper 1 consists of a total of 100 MCQ-based questions topics from Mathematics, General Intelligence & Reasoning, Basic Science and Engineering,  General Awareness, and Current Affairs. In Paper 2 a total of 75 questions will be asked from Relevant Trade. The total time duration of the exam will be 2 hours 30 minutes. In the CBT 2 exam, a negative marking of ⅓ mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
