PNB SO Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

The selection process for PNB SO Recruitment 2025 will be based on the number of applications of the bank receives for each post. PNB has decided on two scenarios-

Online Written Test and Personal Interview- If the Bank receives a large number of applicants
Personal Interview Only- If the number of applications is small, the bank decides to take the interview only.

PNB SO 2025 Exam Pattern

Written Exam: If PNB receives many applications, the candidates have to appear in the written examination, followed by interview.

The PNB SO online written examination will consist of two parts i.e. Part I and Part II.
Part 1 has 100 questions of 100 marks, while part 2 has 50 questions of 100 marks
For incorrect attempts, 1/4 mark will be deducted.
The marks of the candidates for paper II will be evaluated only for those who will qualify for paper I of the online written examination.

Interview- Candidates who qualify in Part I and meet the eligibility criteria will be shortlisted for the Interview based on their Part II score.
