NMDC JOT Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

The authorities haven’t specified the minimum age limit for Junior Officer Trainee posts, however, the maximum age limit is 32 years. Those belonging to special reserved categories are provided age relaxations in the upper age limit as discussed below:-

• SC/ST:- 5 years
• OBC-NCL:- 3 years
• PwBD/Ex-serviceman/NMDC candidates:– 15 years

Educational Qualifications

Candidates having a three-year diploma in relevant disciplines such as Commercial, Environment, Geo & QC, Mining, Survey, Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and IE are eligible for NMDC Junior Officer Trainee Recruitment 2024.

Note:- For some of the disciplines, candidates must have a 5-year post-qualification experience for their respective fields.

NMDC Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

The selection of the candidates for Junior Officer Trainee posts will consist of an Online Test(Computer Based Test) and Supervisory Skill Test. The CBT exam will be held for a total of 100 marks. Based on candiadtes performance in the Online Test(CBT) candiadtes will be called to appear for the Supervisory Skill Test which is qualifying in nature.

NMDC JOT Exam Pattern 2024

The NMDC JOT exam will be held on computer-based consisting of objective type multiple questions. The exam will be held for a total of 100 marks. The question papaer for the NMDC JOT exam will be set in Hindi and English.

NMDC JOT Salary 2024

The appointed candidates for Junior Officer Trainee posts will be paid a monthly salary of Rs. 37000/- to 130000/-. During the first 12 Months’ training period, candidates will be paid a salary of Rs.37,000/.
