National Fertilizers Recruitment 2024 Application Fee
While submitting the NFL online application form candidates have to pay Non – non-refundable application fee in online mode. Application fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Educational Qualification

NFL Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
Selection of the candidates for various engineer posts will be based on scrutiny of candidates’ application forms based on their eligibility criteria and shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview. Candidates must achieve a minimum average of 50% marks in the Personal Interview to qualify. NFL reserves the right to conduct interviews through physical mode or video conferencing mode at its various Offices/Units.
National Fertilizers NFL Salary 2024
Selected candidates for various Engineer posts will be paid an attractive monthly salary in a Pay Scale of Rs. 40000-140000. Along with the salary candidates will be offered the Industrial Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance / Company Accommodation, other perquisites & allowances/benefits such as Leave, Medical Facilities, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Contributory Superannuation Benefit Fund Scheme, Group Personal Accident Insurance etc.
