The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Post Graduates which is also known as NEET PG was successfully held on 11th August 2024 in computer-based mode at various 185 cities throughout the country. A total of 2,28,540 candidates who appeared in the medical entrance exam are now waiting for results to know their qualifying status in the exam. As now the exam conducting authority, the National Board of Examinations (NBE) has not released the exact result declaration date. Steps to Check NEET PG Result 2024

The NEET PG Result 2024 will be released online on the official website National Board of Examinations (NBE). Candidates can check the result by following the below step by step process.

1. Visit the official website Visit the official portal of the National Board of Examinations (NBE), https://natboard.edu.in/ or https://nbe.edu.in/.
2. Now click on “Examination” >> “NEET PG”
3. Under 2024, click on the Results section.
4. A new page appears on the screen. The tab on the link reads “NEET 2024 Result”.
5. Click Here to View the Results of NEET 2024.
6. The result pdf appears on the screen.
7. Save and download the result pdf for future reference.

NEET PG Cut Off 2024

The NEET PG Cut Off 2024 will be released along with its result on the official website https://natboard.edu.in/. Candidates scoring equal and more than the minimum cut off marks will be declared qualified in the written exam. NEET PG 2024: Minimum Qualifying Marks

To clear the NEET PG 2024, candidates have to score minimum qualifying marks as set by the National Board of Examinations (NBE). Candidates from the General / EWS category have to score a minimum of 50% marks and candidates from the SC/ST/ OBC category have to score a minimum 40th Percentile in the NEET PG exam.

NEET PG 2024 Normalization Formula

Normalization is the equalizing of marks for candidates who appeared in different shifts considering the variation in difficulty levels for different shift exams.

• Highest Score in Shift 1: Normalized to 100th percentile if the highest score in NEET PG is 80%.
• Highest Score in Shift 2: Normalized to the 100th percentile if the highest score is 82%.
• Highest Score in Shift 3: Normalized to 100th percentile if the highest score is 78%.
• Highest Score in Shift 4: Normalized to 100th percentile if the highest score is 79%.
