MPSC Rajyaseva 2025 Selection Process
The candidates who want to be selected for Group A & B posts have to go through a selection process set by the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC). The Commission has divided the selection process into 3 stages i.e. Prelims Exam, Mains Exam, and Interview. Candidates have to qualify for all the 3 stages to get selected.
Prelims Exam: The prelims exam is a written exam consisting of multiple-choice questions. The prelims exam is divided into 2 papers (Paper 1 & Paper 2). The prelims include questions from subjects of general studies and aptitude.
Mains Exam: The candidates who will be selected after the prelims exam will be eligible to appear for the mains exam. The main exam will be divided into 6 Papers to check the candidate’s knowledge in subjects like politics, geography, human resource development, etc.
Interview: The interview is the last stage of the selection process. Candidates who will be qualified for the main exam will be eligible to appear for interview. The candidates who cross the interview stage will then be recruited to their desired posts.
