The initial revised basic salary offered to a LIC Assistant Administrative Officer is Rs. 53600/- per month. As per the revised LIC AAO Salary, there will be four advance increments in the compensation size of Rs. 53600- 2645(14) –90630– 2865(4) –102090. This means the AAO will get a basic of Rs 53600 with an increment of Rs 2645 for the next 14 years, followed by a basic of Rs 90630 with an annual increment of Rs 2865 for the next four years and so on.  The maximum basic salary for LIC AAO posts will be around Rs 102090.

Total emoluments at the minimum of the scale inclusive of House Rent Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance, etc wherever admissible depending upon the classification of the city will be approximately Rs 99228/- per month in A-Class city.

LIC AAO Probation Period

A candidate after appointment shall be on probation for a period of one year from the date of joining. This period may be extended up to two years. During the period of probation, the candidates will be subjected to continuous assessment as per the Corporation’s extant policy. If any candidate fails to achieve the minimum standard stipulated his/her services may be terminated as per the policy of the Corporation in force at the material time.

LIC AAO Salary- Guarantee Bond

LIC has established a Guarantee Bond for candidates selected for the position of LIC AAO (Assistant Administrative Officer). Before commencing their role as Probationers, candidates must provide an undertaking to serve LIC for a minimum period of four years from the date of joining, which includes the probationary period. If they fail to fulfill this commitment, they or their heirs, executors, and administrators will be liable to pay liquidated damages of Rs. 5,00,000 (Rupees Five Lakhs) plus applicable GST. Any GST or other applicable taxes will also be the responsibility of the candidate.
