The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee has released the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025 Score Card on 29th March 2025. The GATE Scorecard link has been made available on the official website: https://gate2025.iitr.ac.in/. The candidates can check their marks by submitting their Enrollment ID / Email Address and Password on the login page of the official portal.
GATE Scorecard 2025 Out
The GATE exam serves as a gateway for postgraduate admissions (MTech/PhD) in prestigious institutions like IITs, NITs, and IIITs, as well as for recruitment in Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs). The GATE Score Card 2025 includes essential details such as the candidate’s name, registration number, GATE score, normalized marks, total marks, qualifying marks, All India Rank (AIR) etc.
As per the toppers list for GATE 2025, Rahul Kumar Singh secured AIR 1 in Computer Science with a GATE score of 1000. The toppers for Mechanical, Electrical, and ECE are Rajneesh Bijarniya, Pradip Chauhan, and Swarnava Biswas who scored the highest marks in the GATE exam in their respective subjects.

GATE Score Card 2025
The GATE Score Card 2025 link has been activated at https://gate2025.iitr.ac.in/. The Score Card has been released for all those candidates who appeared in the GATE 2025 exam held on 1st, 2nd, 15th, and 16th February 2025. The scorecards link is also shared here, which will remain available for downloading till 31st March 2025.
How to Check GATE Scorecard 2025
Follow the below step-by-step process to check the GATE Scorecard 2025 and Marks.
- Visit the official website of GATE 2025 i.e. https://gate2025.iitr.ac.in/.
- On the homepage, click on the link that reads ‘GATE 2025 Scorecard and Marks released’.
- Candidates are redirected to a new page.
- Enter valid login details, i.e., and Password.
- After providing valid login details, candidates are required to evaluate the arithmetic expression, enter the answer in the box, and click on the Login tab.
- The candidate’s GATE Scorecard and Marks are displayed on the screen.
- Download the GATE Scorecard and take a printout for future reference.

GATE Score Card 2025 Validity
The GATE 2025 scorecard has a validity of three years until March 2028. Therefore, candidates should keep their scorecards safe as their validity for M.Tech admissions in top engineering colleges and PSU recruitments (organizations like BHEL, IOCL, and ONGC often consider GATE scores).
Important Reminder
- The link to download the scorecard will remain active till 31st May 2025; therefore, candidates are advised to download their scorecards and keep a copy safe for future reference.
- If candidates miss the deadline for downloading the GATE Score Card by 31st May 2025, they will have to pay a fee of Rs. 500 per test until 31st December 2025. Scorecards will no longer be available for download from 1st January 2026.

What Next After GATE Score Card 2025
If the candidates secure a good score and rank in the GATE Exam in any of the years, then they can use this scorecard for MTech admissions and the PSU recruitment process. Qualified candidates can participate in the COAP 2025 and CCMT 2025 counselling for admission (MTech/PhD) in prestigious institutions like IITs, NITs, and IIITs. The registration for COAP 2025 counselling will start from 17th May 2025 onward.
