The Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee has officially declared the result of the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) on 19th March 2025. The GATE Result 2025 is now available at https://gate2025.iitr.ac.in/ and https://goaps.iitr.ac.in/. Those who appeared in the exam held on 1st, 2nd, 15th, and 16th February 2025 can download the GATE Result 2025 from the official website with the help of their login details i.e. Enrollment number or Email ID and Password.

GATE 2025 Result Out

The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering also known as GATE is a national-level entrance exam held for admission to postgraduate programs in engineering, technology, architecture, science, and humanities. The GATE Result 2025 along with the GATE cut-off, toppers list has been released on the official website at https://gate2025.iitr.ac.in/. Those candidates who qualify in the GATE exam are offered admission to Master and doctoral programs in courses such as engineering, technology, architecture, science and arts. They also become eligible to be recruited at Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) in the country.

GATE 2025 Result

The GATE result includes the Candidate’s name, the Raw marks out of 100, and the GATE score out of 1000. The GATE Score Card 2025 link will be available on 28th March 2025 at  https://gate2025.iitr.ac.in/ or https://goaps.iitr.ac.in/. The validity of the scorecard is 3 years from the date of release of the scorecard.

Candidates who appeared in the GATE Exam can check whether they qualified or not in the exam through the result. Steps to Check GATE 2025 Result

1. Visit Official Website – Web browser and go to the official website of GATE 2025 i.e. https://gate2025.iitr.ac.in/.
2. Find Result Link – On the homepage of GATE 2025 click on the link that reads ‘GATE 2025 Result Announced’
3. Enter Login Credentials – Candidates are redirected to a new login page. Enter valid login details i.e. Enrollment ID / Email Address and Password.
4. Click on Login Tab – Candidates are required to evaluate the arithmetic expression, enter the answer in the box, and click on the Login tab.
5. Download Result – The candidate’s GATE Result is displayed on the system screen. Download and print a hard copy of the result for future records.

GATE Cut Off 2025

The minimum scores that are to be obtained by the candidates in the GATE  Exam 2025 are the cut-off marks. The Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore has released the subject-wise GATE cut-off marks on the official website. The GATE participating universities will publish the merit list, which will determine which students will receive final admission, based on the qualifying cut-off marks. GATE Score Card 2025

The GATE exam was held for a total of 30 test papers between 1st and 16th February 2025. The GATE 2025 scorecard contains the marks obtained by the candidate in each section of the exam, the overall score, and the All India Rank (AIR). GATE scorecard 2025 is valid for three years from the date of the result announcement. Candidates can download scorecards from 28th March to 31st May 2025.

GATE Topper List 2025

Along with the release of the GATE Result, the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee has released the GATE 2025 topper list with All India Rank on the official website https://gate2025.iitr.ac.in/ or https://goaps.iitr.ac.in/. The topper list contains the top-performing name for all subjects, raw marks, total marks obtained in the exam and other details.

What’s Next after GATE 2025 Result?

Candidates who cleared the equal and more than GATE Cut Off marks are declared qualified in the GATE exam. Candidates are eligible for higher studies like MTech or some high-profile PSU Recruitments are all facilitated based on the GATE Results.

1. GATE Result 2023 can be used to get admissions in MTech/ M.S or even PhD at the IITs or NITs through CCMT.
2. Candidates can also contemplate moving overseas to countries like Germany, Singapore, and even some European countries that accept GATE scores and enroll for their master’s programs.
3. The GATE 2025 qualifying candidates may also opt to apply for direct recruitment to Group A level posts in central government, such as senior field officer (Tele), senior research officer (S&T) in cabinet secretariat and senior research officer (Crypto), government of India.
4. Through the GATE 2025 exam, candidates will also get a chance to serve the nation by opting for defense recruitment in DRDO for the post of Scientist “B”.
