Selection of aspirants for Professor and Associate Professor posts will be based on the merit list of candidates (evaluate the academic and research scores) and candidates’ performance in the Interview Exam. Screening-cum-Evaluation Committee (SEC) of the respective university will verify and evaluate the candidate’s academic and research scores in the concerned subject. In the order of merit list, candidates will be shortlisted for the interview exam. The interview Exam will be held for 100 marks.

APPSC Assistant Professor and Lecturer Selection Process

Candidates selection process for Assistant Professor and Lecture posts will include the written test and Interview Exam. On the basis of the merit in the written test candidates will be called for the Interview exam. The total duration of the interview process for a candidate will be 45 minutes and the interview exam will be held for 100 marks.

APPSC Assistant Professor Exam Pattern 2023

APPSC written test will be held on a Computer Based Test (CBT) consisting of 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). 03 marks will be rewarded for each correct answer and a negative marking 1 mark for a wrong answer. and the time duration will be 180 minutes to complete the exam.
