India Post, under the Ministry of Communications, released the 1st AP GDS Merit list pdf on 21st March 2025 announcing that 1201 candidates are shortlisted. A total of 1215 vacancies have been notified for Gramin Das Sevaks (GDS) in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Candidates who have applied for the recruitment can download the Andhra Pradesh GDS Result 2025 which is now available on the official website, www.indiapostgdsonline.gov.in.

For the GDS Online Engagement January Session Andhra Pradesh Circle – List 1 includes 1201 candidates with their registration numbers and the division where their documents will be verified. The shortlisted candidates are required to get their documents verified at the Divisional Heads (as mentioned in the AP GDS Result 2025 pdf) by 7th April 2025. All the shortlisted candidates have to appear for document verification with the original documents along with the two sets of self-attested photocopies

Candidates who applied for the Andhra Pradesh State can now check their 1st merit list by following the simple steps-

1. Visit the official India Post GDS Online website, indiapostgdsonline.gov.in
2. On the middle of the homepage click on the link Andhra Pradesh tab.
3. Then, On the left side, below the candidate’s grievances, click on the link that specifies- GDS Online Engagement Schedule I- January 2025.
4. After clicking, you will be redirected to a new tab with a PDF file containing the Division, Office, and Registration number of the selected candidates.
