Allahabad High Court has announced a total of 3306 vacancies for Group C and D posts in Allahabad High Court. The vacancies has been released for Junior Assistant, Stenographer Grade III, Paid Apprentices, Drivers, Process Server, Sweeper-cum-Farrash, Tubewell-Operator-Cum-Electrician, Peon, Chowkidar, Mali, etc. For Group C, the number of vacancies are 1667 and for Group D, the number of vacancies are 1639. The post of a driver would require a different educational qualification then a clerical position of junior assistant in the high court, thus the Allahabad High Court has set up different educational qualifications for different posts. The educational qualification is given in the table below.

Age limit (as on 01/07/2024)

The age limit for each post is same which is 18-40 years for all the post, which means the candidates have to be either 18 years old minimum and 40 years on 1.07.2024.

Allahabad High Court Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

The selection process for both Group C and Group D for posts such as Junior Assistant, Stenographer Grade III, Paid Apprentices, Drivers, Process Server, Sweeper-cum-Farrash, Tubewell-Operator-Cum-Electrician, Peon, Chowkidar, Mali, etc. stays the same except few posts such as Stenographer, Driver, Electrician have separate skill tests assigned to them that candidates have to clear. The selection process for each post is as follows.

• Written Exam: Candidates have to clear the first stage which is the written examination to move on to the skill test or stage 2.
• Skill Test (as per post requirement): This stage is only taken by candidates who will work as skilled workers such as stenographers, clerks, electricians, etc.
• Document Verification: Once the two stages are cleared candidates move on to have to provide proof of all the claims such as Educational Qualification, Category Certificate, and Identity proof.
• Medical Examination: At last Allahabad High Court whether the candidates are medically fit or not.
