Steps to Apply for AAI Apprentice Recruitment 2024

To apply online for AAI Apprentice Recruitment 2024, candidates have to register themselves through 2 portals i.e. NATS and Apprenticeship portal for Graduate/Diploma Apprentice and ITI Trades respectively.

NATS Portal

For Graduate/Diploma Apprentices, candidates are required to submit their applications through the NATS portal. Follow the step-by-step procedure for an easy and smooth form-filling process.

1. Go to the NATS portal i.e. https://nats.education.gov.in/.
2. Click on the “Student” tab available on the homepage and then go to the “Student Register” section.
3. Now thoroughly check out the list of documents required to fill application form as specified on the screen. Then, click on the “yes” button.
4. Now, complete the OTP Verification process by providing your e-mail ID and mobile number.
5. Complete the registration process
6. Enter all the valid details along with documentation uploading.
7. Submit the application form now.

Apprenticeship Portal

Those who are interested in applying for ITI Trade are required to submit their AAI Apprentice Application Form 2024 through the Apprenticeship portal by following the steps discussed here below.

1. Open the web browser and go to the Apprenticeship portal i.e. https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in/.
2. From the homepage of the website, click on the “Login/Register” button.
3. The drop-down menu opens up, click on the “Candidate” button from the options available.
4. Now, click on the “Register as Candidate” option.
5. Enter your mobile number, e-mail ID, and captcha code as displayed on the screen.
6. Then, click on the “Register” button.
7. Then use the credentials to log in as a candidate, and a registration form will appear on the screen.
8. Fill out all the required details and upload the necessary documents.
9. Preview the form once and then submit it.

AAI Recruitment 2024 Application Fees

The Airports Authority of India has not charged any application fee for filling out the AAI Apprentice Application Form 2024. Candidates are just required to complete the form-filling process without payment of any amount/fee.

AAI Apprentice Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Only the citizens of India under Eastern Regions who fulfill the age limit and educational qualifications requirement specified by authorities for Apprentice posts are eligible for AAI Recruitment 2024. Here, below-we have discussed the different eligibility parameters in detail below.

Age Limit (As 31/07/2024)

The candidate must not be more than 26 years old as on 31st July 2024 to become eligible for Graduate/Diploma/ITI Apprentices posts at AAI. Any candidate who is more than the specified age is advised to not fill out the application form as the application will get rejected.

Educational Qualifications

While filling out the AAI Apprentice Application Form 2024 for Graduate/Diploma/ITI Apprentices, candidates must fulfill the below-mentioned educational qualification criteria.

• Graduate/Diploma Apprentices:- Candidates who have a full-time (regular) four-year degree or three years (regular) Diploma in Engineering in any of the above-mentioned streams, recognized by AICTE, GOI are eligible.
• ITI Trade:- Those having ITI/NCVT certificates of Computer Operator Programming Assistant, Electrical, Mechanic, and Electronics Trade from institutes recognized by AICTE, GOI.

Note:- Candidate must have passed their degree/diploma in 2022 or after 2022. 

AAI Apprentice Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

A large number of applications are expected to be received by the Airports Authority of India for Apprentice posts under AAI Recruitment 2024, so the selection of candidates is based on a selection procedure that involves merit-based shortlisting followed by an interview/document verification round.

In the first stage, candidates will be shortlisted based on the marks obtained by them is the prescribed qualification, and shortlisted candidates will appear for the interview/document verification stage for final selection.
